No Surprises

Every project ships with a written blueprint, so there are no surprises.

We don't just "try" AI. We engineer it with a specification-driven approach so your automation is predictable, aligned to your business, and built to scale.

This is our Specification Driven Development approach.

SPEC & PLAN

Detailed technical blueprints before building.

03

TEST & REVIEW

Rigorous human-in-the-loop validation.

04

QR

Intelligent Intake

Convert physical interest into digital data. Use QR-driven pipelines to capture leads or applicants instantly from trucks, storefronts, or flyers.

AI

Autonomous Triage

Stop manual screening. Our AI agents classify, score, and route incoming data 24/7 with zero bias and instant response times.

DOC

Document Engines

Automate your paperwork. From custom proposals to batch mailings, we build systems that generate your essential documents with one click.

Workflow Bridging

Connect your scattered tools. We build the "connective tissue" between your email, calendar, and CRM to eliminate double-entry.

Case Study

A Lawrence moving company eliminated a 30 minute morning workflow with a press of a button.

Compounding Efficiency

Start with one pilot, compound gains across your entire operation. Our modular approach scales from department to department, creating an end-to-end autonomous ecosystem that multiplies your team's output without multiplying headcount.

The TrailAgent Roadmap

How we move from a single pilot to an end-to-end autonomous ecosystem.

Phase 1: Single Department Pilot

Launch your first automation in 30 days. Prove ROI with a focused process—hiring intake, lead screening, or document generation—before expanding.

Phase 2: Cross-Department Integration

Reuse your proven playbooks across other departments. Connect hiring to onboarding, sales to CRM, operations to reporting. Efficiency compounds.

Phase 3: Autonomous Ecosystem

Build end-to-end workflows that run unattended. Your AI agents handle intake, triage, processing, and reporting. You focus on strategy and growth.

About TrailAgent

I'm Jim VanOosten, founder of TrailAgent Solutions. I spent my career at IBM in Rochester, Minnesota — first as a software engineer, then in IT management — helping enterprise customers design and deploy real AI systems, including work alongside IBM Research on advanced AI solutions. I retired from IBM after a long career.

I started TrailAgent because small businesses deserve access to the same automation that gives large organizations their edge — without the enterprise price tag or the jargon. I'm based in Lawrence, Kansas, and I work with small teams in Lawrence, Topeka, and the surrounding region who are ready to stop doing by hand what a well-built system can do for them.
